I hired them from my home inspection, got a good quote on new gutters and fascia. Staying in touch with one man who came out just weeks after signing contract to remove my old gutters. Then months go... by, they start saying they thought the job was done and do I even have proof of any contracts...etc. Finally I complained enough they came out and got the new gutters and fixed the fascia. But then never removed old gutters from my yard, but started demanding payment. I explained that the job isn't done yet and they were rude about that.
Never will I deal with this company again.read more

Absolutely amazing. Tear off, 30 square, and replace, 4.5 hours, begin to end. Looks, amazing! Very fast, very reasonable. $7,300, expected it to be 10k. Great deal!

I had a positive experience working with Pyramid. At the time I had called several roofing companies and wasn't getting return calls. I'm sure it was a busy time of the year for all roofing... companies. I had a tree go through the roof due to high wind. Once Pyramid responded, I was in touch with Rick who was able to get to my home assessed for a quick estimate for repair and temporary coverage. It wasn't too long after they had it repaired before the next rain which made me ecstatic. Thanks Rick for being prompt in the response.read more
