When your roofing project is complete and you are 100% satisfied, you will be invoiced via email or mail. We then have a few options on how to pay; you can mail a check, we can send out a Pyramid team member to pick up a check, we can submit an ACH or you can pay over the phone with a credit card. (There is a 3% fee for any amount over $2500)
If this is an insurance claim we will invoice your insurance and this notifies them to release the other portion of your insurance claim amount. Once you have received your claim amount you may pay your invoice via one of the four options above.
